Suzi Houghton

Scheduling Officer

Suzi, originally from Australia, began her career journey in hospitality with aspirations of becoming a pastry chef. However, her path took a turn when she ventured into the aged care sector in 2019, driven by a deep-seated passion for assisting others.

​

Transitioning to the role of Scheduling and Rostering Officer in 2020, Suzi dedicated herself to serving the Perth Metropolitan and Mandurah communities over a span of five years. Witnessing the daily satisfaction of her patients became a source of profound fulfillment for her. Later, Suzi relocated to Tamworth, NSW, where she thrived as a care coordinator within a highly regarded team.

In 2023, Suzi returned to her roots and joined Medibizz in September, assuming the role of receptionist and scheduling officer. She embraces her current position wholeheartedly and values the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team. Recognized for her unwavering commitment and adept problem-solving skills, Suzi consistently lends her support to colleagues in pursuit of collective objectives.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Suzi finds joy in exploring new activities, embarking on adventures, engaging in sports, and cherishing quality moments with loved ones.
