MediDebt is a credit reporting agency exclusively for the health industry. Save staff time chasing debtors and putting up with abusive patients.  instead have patients rushing back to settle their outstanding debts.

At MediDebt we have created a Web Based “BLACK BOOK” of debtors who are repeat offenders or have a history of bad debts that is shared only among its members.  Before taking on new patients you can do a simple search that will alert you to potential issues.  Practices can then make their own determination of acceptance and management of accounts.

We conduct all our interactions with patients/debtors in a fair, respectful, honest and law-abiding way.

In the event that an account is irrecoverable then this will in addition to be listed on the “Black Book” of non-payers the persons in question will also be reported to the relevant credit reporting authority.
