Violet is a First Nation Nyoongar woman, born in the heart of the southwest, with tribal links to the Ballardong and Wilmen groups. Her career began at the age of 16 with an indigenous traineeship as a Medical Receptionist.
​
Throughout her career, Violet worked at multiple medical centers. At 21, she became a Practice Manager for the first time. She earned certificates for Medical Reception and progressed to a Diploma in Leadership and Management through the Australian Medical Association.
​
In addition to her medical career, Violet has achieved a certificate as an Education Assistant and various other certifications over the years.
​
Over the years, Violet transitioned from working in reception and practice management within a single practice to becoming an Area Manager overseeing multiple practices. She then progressed to Deputy General Manager, and later, General Manager.
​
Currently, Violet works as an Area Manager for Spectrum, bringing 29 years of experience in the industry and forming strong working relationships with staff and doctors.
