Jade's journey in healthcare began in the remote Aboriginal communities of the Northern Territory, where she gained invaluable experience before transitioning through various industries including mining administration, dental nursing, aviation security, and ambulance services. Her diverse background is complemented by a Diploma of Accounting and a commitment to professional development with multiple certifications.

Volunteering with St John Ambulance preceded Jade's pursuit of Paramedicine, where she excelled, earning recognition as Rookie of the Year in the Northern Territory. Relocating to Perth for her studies, Jade further expanded her expertise, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Edith Cowan University.

Since joining Medibizz in 2020 as a Graduate Registered Nurse, Jade has advanced swiftly from a Float Nurse to Nurse Assistant Manager and, within a year, to Nurse Manager. In this role, she oversees quality improvement initiatives, training programs, and leads a team of nurses across the Medibizz group. Her responsibilities extend to practice visits, physician inductions, nurse education sessions, and managing medical equipment, all while maintaining her clinical proficiency through regular clinic shifts.

Passionate about primary healthcare and health prevention, Jade advocates for proactive patient care to reduce hospitalisations. She leverages her enthusiasm to mentor fellow nurses and promote community wellness initiatives.Outside of work, Jade finds joy in her roles as a wife and mother to six children, cherishing weekends spent with family and friends.
